History

PKF Vanuatu, as a firm of Chartered Accountants, commenced operations in 1971. PKF Vanuatu was founded following the passing of legislation in the then New Hebridies which encouraged the establishment af an offshore financial centre.

With many offshore clients attracted by benefits afforded by the tax haven, the partners have accumulated considerable experience in offshore tax planning and are familiar with taxation procedures in many jurisdictions. The firm also provides quality professional accounting services to local clients.

PKF has been operating in Vanuatu for over thirty years and is Vanuatu's largest firm of Chartered Accountants with two resident partners and in excess of thirty-five staff.

PKF Vanuatu owns and manages a Government licensed trust company, International Finance Trust Company Limited.

PKF Vanuatu has a strong community involvement through sporting, social and service clubs. PKF Vanuatu is committed to the development and training of local Ni-Vanuatu staff.
